



Kia Baker, LCSW-C
Founder of Targeting the Triggers Inc., Kia Baker is a licensed clinical social worker. She is inspired by her work with children and adults to strengthen family preservation via mental health and financial literacy. Ms. Baker has played basketball and volleyball at the division II level and coached students in the state of Maryland for 15 years. A key role in her coaching dynamics has been providing student-athletes with mental health support, navigating team bonding, resolving team conflicts, social media awareness, and family trauma impact. Addressing these matters have improved athletic and academic performances. She is the proud mother of two children Kai and Charlyee-Belle; whom inspire her to create a legacy that they too can carry on.
